Developed and implemented the end-to-end strategy for the Business Satellite Service (BSS), managing internal and external engineering teams across RF engineering, IT, IP networks, security and software, with a $20M+ annual budget, multi-vendor delivery, product direction and cyber risk, with telemetry environments processing millions of data points per minute.

Launched satellite connectivity products including services up to 150Mbps, plus R&D for Sat on the Pause and Sat on the Move mobility capability.
Sustained 99.998% availability through resilience engineering and operational discipline.
Integrated Azure and AWS with on-premise environments and removed $500K+ in annual OPEX via application modernisation.
Insourced the platform from the managed-services provider and rebuilt the SDLC: defect resolution 300+ days to under 30, releases from 2 to 14+ per year.
Implemented a security framework and governance controls protecting PII and sensitive data.

Established RF capability across 9+1 gateways and two data processing centres, managing ~100 satellite beams within 12 months.
Transitioned a failing development engagement to a new partner in 3 months, then delivered a .NET microservices platform (100+ services) on Kubernetes.
Resolved ~500 critical defects and shipped major new functionality within 6 months.

Launched NSAS delivery in under 3 months and ramped to 5,000 jobs per month in the same period.
Scaled the business from 50 to 300+ staff in 12 months while cutting the overhead ratio from ~11% to ~4%.
